We won't pretend we're around the corner — our shop is in Fairport, on the east side of the area, and Gates is over by the airport on the west. It's a cross-town trip, figure roughly 25 minutes on I-490. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you know than be surprised.
Here's why plenty of Gates customers make it work anyway: local pickup saves you money, you see the machine before it leaves the bench, and you're dealing with the actual builder. And if the drive isn't worth it to you, we ship hand-built PCs to Gates with the same support and warranty — the trip is optional, the standards aren't. We've served the whole greater Rochester area this way for 30 years.
