If you need help with your system or motherboard bundle, you may speak directly with easy to understand technicians in our technical department. These technicians also build and troubleshoot systems on a daily basis, so they are familiar with your components. You may even be speaking with the tech who originally built your machine! How many other companies can claim that?

Short Hold Times!

During normal business hours your phone call to JNCS will be answered by a live company representative and you will transferred immediately to our technical department. Hold times are generally under 30 seconds.

For technical support, simply call our toll-free business number, (888) 806-6988, and ask for the technical department.

Support Policy

After listening to your situation, a technician will give you several suggestions for resolution of the issue, and ask you to call back if the problem is not resolved.

If it is a hardware problem, resolution may require repair of the system or replacement of a component. You will then be transferred by the technician to the RMA department, where a return authorization will be issued and emailed to you.

The vast majority of technical support issues do not require product replacement.

It is helpful when speaking with our technicians to remember that they have built hundreds or even thousands of computers. Please try to follow their suggestions even if you feel that they may not be pertinent to your situation. The procedures they suggest are exactly those that they would perform if the system was in our shop. The purpose of some of the recommended procedures may be to eliminate possible causes of the problem and provide for a speedier resolution.
